Affordable every-day gastronomic cooking in pasteurized glass verrines
Epicurean by nature, Anne-Sophie Pic settles in Paris and serves gastronomic dishes in glass verrines, to make her cuisine accessible to all.
Dishes are simmered in the Drôme and recipes are elaborated from seasonal fresh products, 100% organic and cooked at their best in terms of ripeness; they are cooked every day by the Chef and her team in Valence and naturally preserved by soft pasteurization, a process that have been developped by the home R&D, which allow to conserve the flavours for three weeks in glass verrines: nothing is hidden, nothing is added.
Three menus are available: Les Réconfortantes for gourmands, Les Végétales for vegetarians and Les Signatures for the curious ones.
