100% natural syrups and bier, made by hand
Fabrice has received a food agriculture and agricultural farming training, completed by a specialisation in the field of aromatic plants: in 2006, he was joined by Nathalie. They make artisanal syrups from wild plants picking in the Alpes de Hautes Provence(*).
The making process of the syrups is completely handmade. Wild berries, fruits, plants, flowers of spices are harvested in the natural environment or on preserved areas belonging to local, regional or international producers, certified in organic farming. Syrups are made from 100% organic cane sugar, mainly for fairtrade. Berries and fruits are cold pressed via environmentally-friendly methods, socially responsible. Plants are dried and preserved, away from light and heat.
Twenty seven flavours are offered: the true classics like blackcurrant, lemon, strawberry, mint, the syrups from here, chestnut, elderflower, gentian, lavender and creative syrups with evocative names like Coquin, Garrigues (scrubland), Jardin d’épices (spice garden), Méditerranée, Petit Coquin ou Tonic. The latest creation is flavoured with poppy.
