Epicurean and energizing cuisine, to become healthy
Natural dietary consultant, Martine Fallon has invented the energy cuisine from organic, seasonal and local products, which cures and regenerates. She trains detox weeks in Ibiza or aboard a sailing boat.
"Let food be your medicine" Hippocrate said in 400 BC, and it seems that the hunter-gatherers of the Palaeolithic had much to teach us about living healthy, by the diversity of their feed which followed the seasons as a result of their nomadic way of life.
People are what they eat and everything begins the choice of the product, from organic or artisanal agriculture. The balance must be preserved between acidic and alkaline food and do not hesitate to drink a fennel, apple and parsley juice before drinking a cup of champagne. The time of the year when a food is consumed, the method of preservation and the mode of cooking have also an influence on the degree of acidity of the dish.
The result is a body of gourmet and energizing recipes to care for our bodies and to turn the biological clock back.
