Gastronomic and musical picnic with Balmain and Veuve Clicquot
On July 19th, 2020 Lollapalooza Paris, supported by the maison Balmain, organises a gastronomic picnic paired with Veuve Clicquot champagne at the hippodrome de Longchamp: Jean Imbert, the Chef of the Mamie restaurant will elaborate the menu.
Lollapalooza is a nomadic music festival created in Chicago in 1991: today, several editions of the event take place annually in Santiago du Chili, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Berlin and Paris. It is sponsored by the maison Balmain through a long-term partnership and the revenue from the ticket sales will be donated to the COVID-19 initiative of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS.
The musical event will be held online and the picnic will respect health rules. The tablecloth has been designed by Olivier Rousteing and the menu is proposed by Jean Imbert, Chef of the Mamie restaurant and patron of the festival, who has chosen the Veuve Clicquot pink champagne to complement the cuisine. Tickets will be sold exclusively on Balmain's website.
