Iconic electric Art-car by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac
After the 'Styled by Courrèges' limited edition, here comes the Art-car E-Mehari, relooked of all colours by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac.
Both the car and the fashion brand were born in 1968 and were, each in its particular field, a small revolution. Very hard-wearing, with a strong colour impregnated plastic bodywork, the E-Mehari quickly gained the enthusiastic support of the proponents of the flower power. That was enough for the free electron of the Couture to create a look between pop and street art, true to his legendary optimism.
100% electric, the car adopts a hard top combined with side window ans an opening rear screen, to be able to be able to mode in all types of weather. The electric motorization is a 85% recyclable battery and 95% valuable (the battery is part of the of recyclability and recoverability calculation rates). The E-Mehari is the first electric car to be labelled "Label Origine France garantie" (audit by the Bureau Veritas)
