Organic certified raw chocolate

Richard Turner is a chocolate lover. The raw cocoa having large nutritional qualities, he decides to make chocolate from fairly traded organic raw cocoa.

Usually, the first step in the manufacturing of chocolate is high temperature roasting, which alters its natural properties. He decided to adopt a low temperature making process, which allow to preserve the full taste of cocoa and its energy content.

Richard Turner has developed his own recipes, using exclusively raw cocoa from local producers in Equator, who work planting crops in a sustainable manner in the middle of the forest, in respect of the surrounding ecosystem. He adds solely Organic Food Federation certified ingredients and his chocolat is gluten, refined sugar and dairy products free.
