It is her passion for Africa, that drove Marie-Louise Moineau to create exclusive bespoke travel experiences for her guests: she is surrounded by a team of cosmopolitan and passionate travellers.
To help and advise clients in the elaboration of exclusive bespoke stays, it is necessary to know precisely the destinations and each profiler travels several times a year to the same country, to select and test places and experiences, committed to the ongoing pursuit of excellence.
The travel begins by a private conversation by phone, at the travel agency or at the customer's home: it takes time to feel someone's taste and expectations. Each trip is uniquely tailored, designed and realized with carefully-chosen partners, outside pre-established touristic circuits, regardless of the desired travel experience: gorilla viewing in Rwanda, mokoro safari in the Okavango Delta, glamping in the heart of the Atacama desert, Zen meditation initiation in India or beluga whales viewing in Canada.
During the trip, Tselana Travel is reachable 24/7 and provides assistance in restaurant, transportation, show and exhibition booking.
Particular attentions are given to the guests at each stopover, as the agency has joined the the very select Virtuoso club since 2015. A special after-travel service may be carried out, at the customer's request, with tourism or aviation partners.
