Prince Roland Bonaparte, explorer and recognized botanist, collected plants his entire life until he established, at the end of the 19th Century, the world most fabulous herbarium of over 100.000 specimen. Settled in the former mansion of the Prince, it seemed only natural for the Shangri-La to pay tribute to him.

Clément Emery, Chief barman of the Botanist Bar, took inspiration from this heritage to imagine twenty novel cocktails, with a rare and demanding sourcing, from around the world: a former acohol basis, Taragona, Chartreuse, absinthe to which spices and surprising herbs are added, to get carried away by the fantastic world of the treasures of nature.
